Technical Services segment includes pressure pumping, downhole tools services, coiled tubing, nitrogen, snubbing and other oilfield related services including wireline, well control, fishing and pump down services. Support Services segment includes rental tools, which includes its rents tools to its customers for use with onshore and offshore oil and gas well drilling, completion and workover activities, and other support services, which include oilfield pipe inspection services, pipe management and pipe storage; well control training and consulting.
